CANCELLATION POLICY:  

You may cancel your booking at any time prior to commencement of the tour by notifying us in writing, which must be signed by the person that signed the Reservation Form. If you cancel on or before 30 days before the first day of the tour, we will retain your deposit to cover our costs. In addition, if the cancellation notification is received less than 30 days prior to the first day of the tour, additional cancellation charges shall be as follows: 

-> 29-20 Days before the first day of the tour – 40%  

-> 20-14 Days before the first day of the tour 55%  

Less than 14 Days before the first day of the tour 100%  

Note: Pay in Online , Cheque / Demand Draft Must be Added 5%  on Total Tour Cost 

HOTEL & AIRLINE RATES: 

TRAVEL MEGASTHENES & TOURS acts only as an agent for hotels and airlines recommended for your tours and excursions. Our rates are based on the negotiated rates with them and include all current applicable taxes. These agencies are at their discretion and retain the right to modify the rates.  TRAVEL MEGASTHENES & TOURS will make every effort in the case of such a revision to maintain its quoted cost, but will not be held responsible for changes beyond our control.   Check in & Check out time is 1pm to 11am at hotels, any early check in / late check out request is on sole discretion of any specific Hotel.
